Damaged or Incorrect Orders If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@alphatidespnw.com with your order number and photos. We will replace the item at no charge.
Lost Shipments If your order is lost in transit, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor delivery status directly with the carrier. If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, contact us within 48 hours so we can begin a carrier investigation promptly.
