Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Method & Delivery Estimates
All orders ship from our Pacific Northwest facility via USPS. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days within the continental United States. We currently ship to all 50 US states. All packages are shipped in secure, unmarked packaging.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. You can use this number to follow your package’s progress directly through USPS.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Alpha Tides PNW is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier that are later lost or stolen. If tracking shows your package is lost in transit (not yet marked delivered), contact us at info@alphatidespnw.com and we will investigate with the carrier and issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@alphatidespnw.com with your order number and photos, and we will make it right at no charge.
