Buyer Representation and Warranty
By placing an order with Alpha Tides PNW, the buyer represents, warrants, and certifies that:
- The buyer is at least twenty-one (21) years of age;
- The buyer is a qualified researcher, scientist, laboratory professional, or institutional purchaser ordering on behalf of a research entity;
- All products purchased will be used solely for in vitro laboratory research and will not be administered, ingested, applied, injected, or otherwise used in or on any human or animal;
- The buyer will not resell, distribute, repackage, or transfer products in any manner that would constitute diversion to non-research use;
- The buyer has read, understood, and agrees to comply with all federal, state, and local laws applicable to the purchase, possession, handling, storage, and use of these compounds in the buyer's jurisdiction, including but not limited to the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FDCA) and the Federal Analog Act (21 U.S.C. § 813).
Not a Pharmacy
Alpha Tides PNW is NOT a compounding pharmacy under section 503A or an outsourcing facility under section 503B of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. Alpha Tides PNW does NOT dispense prescription medications, does NOT provide medical advice, and does NOT diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alpha Tides PNW disclaims all liability for damages, losses, injuries, or legal consequences arising from the purchase, possession, handling, storage, use, or misuse of any product sold on this website. The buyer assumes full and exclusive responsibility for compliance with all applicable laws and for any consequences of product use.
Indemnification
Buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Alpha Tides PNW, its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates from any claim, loss, damage, or expense arising from buyer's purchase, possession, or use of any product, or from any breach of these Terms.
Changes to Terms
Alpha Tides PNW reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of this website or purchase of products constitutes acceptance of the most current version of these Terms.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or purchase of products shall be resolved exclusively in the state and federal courts located in King County, Washington.
