Where do you ship from and how fast?
All orders ship domestically from the Pacific Northwest. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Most domestic US orders arrive within 3–7 business days depending on carrier and destination.
Do you provide Certificates of Analysis?
Select products are independently tested by Janoshik Analytical and/or Vanguard Scientific for compound identity and purity. COAs are available for select products. If you need a COA for a specific batch, contact us with your order number and we’ll send it directly.
Do you accept card payments?
Yes — we accept credit and debit cards via Stripe. We also accept cryptocurrency via NOWPayments. Checkout is secure, and all orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging.
What if my package is damaged or incorrect?
