All products sold by Alpha Tides PNW are intended strictly for laboratory, in-vitro, and analytical research use. They are not for human or animal consumption, and we do not provide medical advice, dosing guidance, or treatment recommendations. Nothing sold on this site is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

How quickly do you respond?

We typically respond within 24 hours on business days, and often faster. Order-related questions are prioritized. If you haven’t heard back within 48 hours, check your spam folder and try again.

Where do you ship from and how fast?

All orders ship domestically from the Pacific Northwest. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Most domestic US orders arrive within 3–7 business days depending on carrier and destination. Shipping is Standard $5.99 or Express $11.99, and Express is free on orders over $180.

Do you provide Certificates of Analysis?

Select products are independently tested by Janoshik Analytical and/or Vanguard Scientific for compound identity and purity. COAs are available for select products. If you need a COA for a specific batch, contact us with your order number and we’ll send it directly.

How can I pay?

Checkout offers Pay by Invoice and Cash App. With Pay by Invoice, place your order and we’ll email you an invoice with payment instructions; your order will ship after payment is confirmed. Cash App orders receive 10% off. All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging.

What if my package is damaged or incorrect?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@alphatidespnw.com with your order number and photos, and we’ll make it right at no charge. Full details are in our Shipping Policy and Refund and Returns Policy.

Is my order packaged securely?

Yes. All shipments use plain, unmarked packaging with no reference to Alpha Tides PNW or the contents on the exterior. Packaging is temperature-appropriate to protect the integrity of lyophilized compounds in transit.

Do you offer bulk or research lab pricing?

Yes. For bulk orders or recurring research laboratory needs, contact us directly at info@alphatidespnw.com to discuss custom pricing and volume arrangements.
